We have dealt with several agents in the local area. Serena got our sale over the line even when solicitors nearly lost it for us. She looked after us as the vendors, but I could also see how well she looked after the buyers and actually cared about everyone in the transaction. She got us a price we were very happy with. As the purchasers are going to be our neighbours, she even took care to make sure they were a good fit for us. Her customer service was truly outstanding. She followed everything up, sold the block of land very quickly (3 other agents had already failed) and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
